This Little Piggy

You all know the Nursery Rhyme 'This Little Piggy', right???

Let us refresh your memory...

This Little Piggy went to Market,
This Little Piggy stayed Home,
This Little Piggy had Roast Beef,
This Little Piggy had None,
and this Little Piggy went wee wee wee all the way home.

Well we thought it would be fun to use this for our Relief Society night!
(it's funny where you draw inspiration from, isn't it?)

So Went to Market, was a speaker on Grocerysmarts.com (Rebecca Hendrix aka coupon gal).  She talked about how to use coupons when going to the market.

Stayed Home, was a sister speaking on organization in the home.  She has her own organization business and talked a lot about what to use when organizing and some steps to help you along your way.

For Had Roast Beef, we passed out some special pie recipes from a sister in the ward who used to work for Magleby's.

This Little Piggy had None, was a sister who bore her testimony on fasting.  She did a great job and it was really nice to have a spiritual thought to wrap up the night.

For Wee Wee Wee all the way Home, we all got to take a piece of the Magelby's pies!!!  I had my committee each make a pie and bring it for all the sister's to taste!!!  YUM!!!

Here's a picture of the Primary Room.  Pigs, pink and balloons!!!

And I thought this picture was too funny not to frame and let the sisters look at...
SOOOOO funny to see their face when they saw it!
Here's the invitation to the meeting.  For a blank copy click here

  4. To edit or add text, you will have to have some sort of editing program. Photoshop is my go to program. Paint may work as well, or Illustrator. Good luck!

  5. We love the little piggy picture on your invitation. Do you have the source files so that I can increase the size to use it on a poster. How did you do the one on the poster in your photo? Thank you so much for sharing these ideas and photos.

  6. Hi Nicole, I went backed and looked from 2012 when we did this activity, and I don't have the piggy picture saved! Sorry! When I increased the piggy picture on the poster it was a little fuzzy and not the most clear (but I'm not picky with that sort of stuff :)).
